Kartec has achieved a number of key authority statutory authority approvals and registrations for its various key electrical & mechanical activities, the principle ones of which are as follows:

• Grade 1 Licensed Electrical Contractor with the Bahrain Electricity & Water Authority – Electricity Distribution Directorate; this licenses & approves Kartec to carry out electrical projects of unlimited load and to 11kV level in both the private and public sectors.
• Grade 1 Registered Electrical Contractor with the Bahrain Ministry of Works for both Construction and Maintenance works; this registration enables Kartec to undertake the complete range of electrical works on all MoW construction and maintenance projects.
• Registered Term Contractor (Network & Civils) for Bahrain Electricity & Water Authority – Electricity Distribution Directorate; this registration enables Kartec to carry out all electrical and civil construction, reinforcement & maintenance works for EWA-EDD on both their 11kV & LV utility power distribution network and their street lighting network.
• Registered & Prequalified Mechanical Contractor with the Bahrain Ministry of Works for both Construction and Maintenance works; this registration enables Kartec to undertake the complete range of mechanical works on all MoW construction and maintenance projects.
• Registered & Prequalified Sewerage & Drainage Contractor with the Bahrain Ministry of Works; this registration enables Kartec to undertake the complete range of sewerage & drainage works on all MoW/SEPPD construction and upgrade projects.
